| | HELPFUL HINTS ON USING HOST PAGE CALENDAR FEATURE:
All
of our calendar items below will also appear on the Host Calendar Page
for easy access. Perhaps you did not know that you only have to click
on the date on the Host Calendar page to bring up a window which will
give you any further details that have already been set for that event.
For example, when you click on the ECW Board Meeting Notice on the host
calendar page you will normally see that we meet as early as
4 pm to
get settled in our rooms and then get together at the Brown Lantern in
Live Oak for dinner at 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm. The Board Meeting generally
will convene in Dearing Lounge no later than 7:30 p.m. Also, clicking
on a meeting event will tell you who the speaker will be and how to
register for the event even if it refers you into our Web page for the
registration form and information. (If it is too early for that
information to have been set, be sure to check back by clicking on that
same event closer to the event date). Other Diocesan events listed on
the host calendar page will also give you information on their events
in this same manner with either phone numbers or references on how to
obtain additional information.
